Private Health insurance

If you have Private Health insurance have a closer look at your extras package. Exercise Physiology needs to be listed as its own entity for funding to be granted. How much is covered depends on your level of insurance.
When you come in for your assessment we will swipe your health insurance card on our HICAPS machine.

Claiming a private health rebate for a Clinical Pilates session/class is a little different.
After an individual assessment members are set up on a fortnightly direct debit; then clients simply let our Admin team know they wish to claim classes on private health and an account statement will be created and email at the end of each month. Members can then claim their level of costs back from the private health provider.

TAC

In Victoria TAC clients are able to source Exercise Physiology services in the first 90 days after your accident.

You do not need to contact TAC for approval first if you have the following:
- you have a TAC claim number
- GP or other health professional written recommendation for specific injuries obtained during the accident

There is an out of pocket expense;
A GAP fee of $22 is require on the day of service. The remaining cost will be billed directly to TAC.

For more information directly related to TAC please visit:
