At Better Exercise Physiology we have a wide range of experience working with NDIS participants in Healesville and Seville.

​We can help to increase strength, fitness and flexibility or simply support you to get moving in a fun a supportive environment.

With both female and male practitioners, we tailor each program to the individual, their interests, goals and ability.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. We start with a full assessment to find out about your interests, goals and abilities. If you have a trusted person or support worker they're welcome to join you in the session.

2. From there we'll take you through some movements and develop a specific exercise program for you to complete with us each week or continue at home.

3. Following the assessment we'll create a service agreement with all the relevant details on what to expect

Our Exercise Physiologists help people living with a disability to lead healthier lives, gain independence and participate at work and in the community.

With extensive training and knowledge we provide safe, effective and tailored exercise programs to meet each individual needs.

Sessions are fun and challenging to help clients stay motivated and on track.

PRICES and billing

There are no out of pocket expenses for individuals with a NDIS plan and relevant funding.

​You can either pay on the day or we can invoice your support coordinator.

Exercise Physiology can be billed under Improved Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living.
