The STrong back program

Working with an Exercise Physiologist, our Strong Back Program is designed to get you on the road to recovery after a back injury or long term back pain.

This program is for people with back pain that are looking to regain strength, flexibility and get back to doing the things they love.

With a combination of Weekly Challenges and Clinical Pilates Classes this program is the most effective way to manage injuries and pain.

We have over 70 classes to choose from across the Healesville Wellness Factory and Yarra Valley Wellness Clinic (in Seville).

Inclusions

  • Assessment with an Exercise Physiologist. Our Exercise Physiologists know their stuff. They will do a thorough assessment of your movement, strength and flexibility to understand the underlying cause of your back pain and the best path forwards  ($140 value)

  • 8 Clinical Pilates classes (1/week). Each class your Exercise Physiologist will guide you through your individualised exercise program. Exercises tailored to you and your condition ($336 value)

  • Small class size. ​With each Clinical Pilates class limited to just 4 people, you get your own individual program and focussed attention to ensure you're doing the exercises right.

  • Home Exercise Program. Following your assessment we will set you up with an exercise program that you can access at home via our app which includes full video instructions of each exercise ($50 value)
 
  • Individualised weekly challenges. Each week we send through a new challenge designed by Exercise Physiologist and back pain expert Chris Neason. From diet to goal setting and understanding the root cause of your back pain, these challenges will get you thinking about your back pain in a new way ($160 value)

  • Massage ball. This is the best tool to help you self manage your back pain and put you in control ($20 value)

  • Massage stick. Got tight hamstrings or sciatica? The massage stick will be your new best friend to help relieve tight achy legs ($30 value)

  • Weekly motivational text messages. Stay accountable, inspired and on track to reach your goals with a little extra encouragement ($20 value)
 
  • Weekly workout tracker. This is the best accountability tool you’ll ever need. Keep track of your progresses with this simple yet effective workout tracker ($30 value)
