8 Week mental health reset

Working with an Exercise Physiologist our Mental Health Reset is a holistic program to work on both your physical and mental health.

Designed by Beth Lamb, this program is for people who have been feeling down, stressed or unwell. You may have struggled with mental health all your life or these challenges could be new to you.

With a combination of Weekly Action Steps and Clinical Pilates Classes we focus on improving mental resilience and adopting a healthy mindset to get you back to doing the things you love.

- 8 Week Course of Clinical Pilates (normally $304)

- Home Exercise Program (normally $50)

- Individualised weekly education/handouts/videos (normally $160)
