our ideal clients

Our Running Assessments have been designed with three people in mind.

1. Injury-prone runners looking to break the injury cycle.

2. Post-injury runners looking to return to running safely.

3. New runners looking for injury prevention and optimal technique.

Using forcedecks and dynamometers
we assess

1. Lower limb strength, power and rate of force development to identify any weaknesses.

2. Left-to-right imbalance to ensure symmetry when running.

3. Hamstring-to-quad strength ratio to ensure you're using the right muscles.

4. Glute strength to check for hip and core stability.

5. Ground reaction landing force to check for landing mechanics.

6. Age- and gender-matched norm comparisons to compare and benchmark your performance.
