NECK pain

Seated neck stretches

Do you get a TIGHT NECK?

Here's a few of our favourite exercises that we give to clients with neck pain and tightness.

They're gentle STRETCHES to start to get things moving and feeling better.

They stretch the neck, open the chest and engage the muscles in the upper back.

The best part is you can do these at your desk.

Now of course these are general exercises ONLY and may not be suitable for you and your conditions.

As always, if you would like a tailored exercise program and treatment plan, book an assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists.
