REFORMER EXERCISES FOR HIP PAIN
When working with clients our aim is to help more people in PAIN to regain CONFIDENCE in their bodies.
-> the confidence to move pain free
-> the confidence to do the things they love
-> the confidence to live a normal life without limits
We do this by guiding clients on the best exercises for them and their injuries. We show clients how strong they can be and we support them along the way.

-> Hip Bridge
-> Spine Curl
-> Reformer Hip bridge
-> Reformer Hamstring Curl
This gives you an idea of our thinking when it comes to progressing your exercises.
Each has it's purpose and can be used at a different stage of rehab.
These are the type of exercises clients go through in our Clinical Exercise Classes.
How long does a hip replacement last?

"About three-quarters of hip replacements last 15-20 years AND just over half of hip replacements last 25 years in patients with osteoarthritis."
This is great news for people who have undergone or looking to get a hip replacement done.
However we believe the best way to make the most of a hip replacement is to strengthen the muscles supporting the joint.
Have you been told you’re too young to be eligible for a hip replacement?
Come and see us to see if exercise can help you to decrease pain and get on with life.
We often find that after seeing us, clients no longer need the surgery that they were told they had to have.
