Open Studio access

We've opened up the studio for members to use outside of regular class times.

Eligible members (3+ months) can now book Open Studio sessions, offering the ultimate in flexibility and autonomy.

​Add extra workouts without breaking the bank and come at a time thats not on our class timetable.
Sessions are independent and an instructor is not present; allowing your freedomw to work at your own pace and get that extra workout into your week without attending an extra Clinical Pilates class.

How it works

Take control of your fitness with Open Studio sessions, offering three flexible workout options
  1. Freestyle: Create your own workout routine using your favourite exercises.
  2. Structured: Choose from our library of pre-designed session plans.
  3. Personalised: Book an assessment with our expert team and receive a customised workout program addressing your unique goals, strengths, and weaknesses (see below for details).

  • Open Studio bookings are available to members who have been coming for at least 3 months and have been given the all clear from their Practitioner
  • Browse available times and secure your spot via the Mindbody app.
  • Enjoy the freedom to create your own workout routine, without instructor supervision. 
  • Focus on your goals, work at your own pace, and make the most of our reformers.

Sessions are paid for casually via the Mindbody app when booking.

​Once booked, cancel at least 6 hours before the session to avoid losing the credit.

Book  an assessment (optional)

Work with our expert team to design a personalised program tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Using dynamometers and force plates, we can test your strength and flexibility to identify areas for improvement.
​Based on your goals we can assess:
  • Strength & power: to identify which muscles are strong and which need strengthening.
  • Imbalances: to ensure symmetry between each side.
  • Balance and coordination: to quantify single leg balance for improved stability.
  • Range of movement: to measure your mobility and flexibility.​
  • Age- and gender-matched norms: to compare and benchmark your performance against others.​​

Click on My Account in the top right corner then Create Profile.​
Next Steps
You will then receive a 'Welcome Email'. Click the link to download the Mind Body app and allow Location settings when prompted.

Open the Mindbodt app and search for Healesville Wellness Factory and add it to your favourites.

Once this is complete please send our team a text message on 0410 302 459, and we will add your membership level to your account.

You will then be all set up to book and pay for Open Studio sessions casually. Discounts are applied at checkout based on your membership level.
